Price Promise

Our Price Match Promise is applicable to our full range of flights.

Applicable only on the day flights have been booked, you need to email info@traveasy.uk and claim a refund of the difference between the price quoted by Traveasy, and the alternate supplier. Also, include your Traveasy booking reference in the claim. Our travel expert will come back to you within 24 hours after investigating the claim, and if found correct, we will submit a refund for the difference. Please note that this price promise is only applicable for the identical product, booked and offered in the same country as that of Traveasy.

Prices matched will be from ATOL / ABTA bonded agents only, and excludes fares offered by airlines directly on their websites.
